The rug has a short pile and is pleasant to use. The fibres are durable, biodegradable, hardwearing and have a very good moisture regulation. Tencel TM is suitable for a healthy interior climate and characteristically anti-allergic . * From Nature mothproof. Tencel TM is a Lyocell fibre, made from wood pulp from fully sustainably managed forests (FSC). Tencel TM was created from an innovative production process in which the production is much less environmentally damaging. The chemicals chemicals used are less harmful and are used almost 100% in a closed system, creating a win-win effect for the environment and resulting in a beautiful sustainable rug. We recommend using tencel as a free-laying rug and not placing any furniture (such as cabinets, dining tables and chairs) on top of it to prevent prints in the rug. With light pressure, the prints can be carefully rubbed away by hand.
